At any time that you require the services of a trust account administrator or an inspection officer for finals, initials or routines, we will assist you to keep the department operating to it’s full efficiency until you find alternative arrangements.

Hourly rate: $110 per hour (inc gst)

Lynne Savage will handle all in-house temping for your office whilst the inspections will be outsourced through PMA contract staff.

Lynne Savage has arguably as much knowledge as anyone in South Australia in relation to residential Property Management.

Her career has spanned around 25 years and includes time spent in most areas of metropolitan Adelaide, with many of the larger FRANCHISE GROUPS.

This has enabled Lynne to understand the dynamics of working in the differing socio-economic areas of our city and to learn the best and most streamlined methods of efficiently managing property.
